Appointments

Click the "Book Now" link above to book an appointment. All clients will have a 5 minute grace period for arrival or appointments will be cancelled and will require a reschedule. Please note below regarding additional fees and information. If you do not book a service that includes a shampoo, hair MUST be clean or you will be charged for a shampoo service along with an inconvenience fee of $20. 

 

NOTE: There is no guarantee of service if you do not have an appointment.


 Cancellation/No-Show/Reschedule Policy
 
A deposit is required to secure appointments and will go towards your service. Deposits are non-refundable for no-show or appointments not cancelled in time. An additional deposit is required for rescheduled appointments.  

Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged half of the scheduled service. These fees are all non-refundable. 

The Refund Policy

 

No refunds or exchanges on barber products. However, if the product is received defective from the BarbHer Brand, refunds will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the product is returned damaged due to customer negligence, the refund will be voided.  Return payment is approved once the BarbHer Brand is notified and defective product is received.
